These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Soccer Recruiting USA website and the purchase of our services. By using our site or buying a package, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services
We offer recruiting guidance packages, one-on-one video conferences, a recruiting guide, and highlight video review and creation services. The specific features of each package are described on our Packages and Highlight Videos pages.
No Guarantee of Results
We provide guidance, education, and personalized advice. We do not and cannot guarantee a scholarship, a roster spot, recruitment by any program, or any specific outcome. Recruiting results depend on many factors outside our control, including a player's ability, academics, timing, and the decisions of college coaches.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed on our Packages and Highlight Videos pages in U.S. dollars.
- Packages are one-time purchases, except the Ultimate – Annual package (a 12-month term) and the Ultimate – Lifetime package (covering the player's recruitment and college career).
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.
Scheduling and Delivery
After purchase, you will receive your recruiting guide and a link to schedule your video conference by email. Please book your session using that link. If you need to reschedule, contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Intellectual Property
The recruiting guide, highlight videos, and all materials we provide are for the purchasing family's personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.
Ambassador Program
Participation in our Ambassador program is governed by a separate ambassador agreement. Ambassadors act as independent participants, not employees, and are responsible for their own tax obligations and for complying with any applicable NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) and school or conference disclosure requirements.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soccer Recruiting USA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
