- Information you submit through our contact form, Club Director inquiry form, or Ambassador application form
- Details relevant to our services, such as a player's grade level, club, and recruiting goals
- Purchase information when you buy a package or service
Payments: We do not collect or store your full payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your card information is handled by Stripe under their own privacy and security standards.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your questions and provide the services you purchase
- To schedule and conduct video conferences
- To deliver digital products such as the recruiting guide
- To operate our Ambassador program, where applicable
- To improve our services and communicate with you about your account or purchase
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, including:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Google (forms, scheduling, video conferencing, and email)
- Webflow (website hosting)
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Families and Minors
Our services are intended for parents and guardians, who purchase on behalf of their family. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information without a parent's involvement, please contact us and we will address it.
