Because our packages include digital materials and personal coaching time that are made available immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

If something goes wrong with your order or delivery, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

If you start with Recruiting Essentials and later upgrade to Recruiting Advantage or Ultimate, you only pay the difference in price. If you purchase a Highlight Video Evaluation ($49) and then choose full Highlight Video Creation ($249), the $49 evaluation fee is credited toward the creation price.
